Terms & Conditions for Diva App


Welcome to Diva. By using our application or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:


1. Purchases

All products displayed on the app are offered by Egyptian local brands.

Once an order is confirmed and paid, you will receive a notification with the order details via the app or email.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information (name, address, phone number).


2. Payment

The app provides secure payment methods (online / cash on delivery – if available from the brand ).

For online payments, your card details are not stored on our systems.


3. Return & Exchange Policy

Products can be returned in 3 Days and can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they are defective.

Return/exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer (unless the error is from the seller or the item is defective).

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method within 7–14 business days.


4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipping only.

If the order is canceled after shipping, it will be treated as a return request.


5. Liability

The app acts as an intermediary between customers and local brands, and is not responsible for inaccurate information provided by sellers.

However, we ensure to follow up and resolve complaints with sellers to protect customer rights.


6. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of major changes through the app.
